Holy Cow! Josh actually found me, and, boy, am I ever glad he did. My brother, who lives in Phoenix, and I, who live in my RV, and don't have a permanent address, inherited our Dad's house in Delaware County, PA. Neither of us had been there in years, so we had no contacts and no friends in the area. Nor did we have any need for another house, especially an empty one, going into a harsh winter! Josh promised me a quick transaction, and he would handle all the details and paperwork. He delivered that, and so much more.
